Geckon project launch

Kisoro is a new-born information security company. We are launching the development of Geckon, a tool for mass testing and monitoring networks. With the release of this product, we intend to address several of the significant challenges in the fields of security research and DevSecOps.

This tool will make it possible to quickly and easily organize mass scanning and network monitoring. We use advanced offensive techniques for network infrastructure reconnaissance and security scanning, making it easier for security researchers to conduct scans and allow companies to scan and monitor their networks in the same way an attacker would in the wild.

Geckon architecture is designed to implement fast scanning procedures executed using multi-agent task distribution technology. The architecture also includes a modular system that allows unlimited customization of the process according to the user’s needs. This approach provides exceptional flexibility for the tool’s capabilities and greatly expands capabilities in network scans.

Companies will use the Geckon product to monitor large networks to watch publicly accessible hosts and receive relevant data on their vulnerabilities. Individual testers will use the Geckon product to organize and automate bulk testing, aimed at a large number of hosts, with the ability to expand functionality by adding custom testing scripts.

The project is led by Daniel Matviyiv, a security engineer with vast experience in offensive testing and bug bounty.

Geckon is the embodiment of the creator’s vision of how to simplify the enormous amount of work in security scanning. Our mission is to provide quality technology that will be widely used by engineers around the world. The main philosophy of Kisoro is an engineering approach and a desire to bring benefits to the technological ecosystem of humanity.

Having just started, we are at the stage of active development. We would be happy to have talented people on our team who are willing to contribute their efforts to building Geckon.
